Get back to the man you know you still are

“I want to become the person I know I can still be.” That is what men actually come to me with. Online strength, nutrition and recovery coaching built around your schedule, your history and your joints — not around a fitness trend.

No. 02Founding Roster

Be My Next Success Story

The Prime at 40 is one year old and I am building the first roster on purpose, in small numbers, with people I can give real attention to. You would not be a test case. You would be an early one.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

No. 03The Honest Part

You are not out of shape. You are out of structure.

Most men who message me are not lazy. They are busy, competent people who have quietly stopped recognising themselves.

  • 01

The work got serious and the training got optional.

  • 02

You have started four times and stopped four times.

  • 03

You are tired in a way sleep does not fix.

  • 04

Clothes tell you the truth before the mirror does.

  • 05

You know a fair amount about training and still have no plan.

  • 06

You do not want to be 22 again. You want to feel capable again.

No. 04The Method

Efficient. Measurable. Progressive.

Evidence-informed strength and hypertrophy training, influenced by HIT, combined with individualized cardio, nutrition, recovery and measurable progression — built around the person.

Strength and hypertrophy first
Presses, rows, pulldowns, squats or leg presses, hinges, shoulder and arm work. Compound and machine-based movements, controlled execution, progressive overload.
Intensity, applied on purpose
Controlled tempo, strong focus on technique, selected working sets taken close to technical failure when appropriate. Not every set, every time.
Cardio as a tool
Walking, cycling, running, steady-state or short conditioning. Chosen for fitness, work capacity and health — not prescribed endlessly for fat loss.
Nutrition that fits your life
Sustainable calorie and protein targets, food quality, habits and adherence, instead of one meal plan handed to everyone.
In his words
“I would rather have a client perform a few high-quality working sets with real intent than do 20 sets just to feel exhausted.”
Lucas Fondevila

I track weights, repetitions, execution and progression, so we can see whether the program is actually producing results. If the numbers are not moving, the program changes — not your willpower.

No. 05Chapter One

How it starts, written on purpose

Nothing is written until I understand the person it is being written for.

    1

    Assessment

Body composition, training history, injuries or limitations, lifestyle, schedule, nutrition, recovery, and what you actually want.

    2

    The plan

A program built around you: sessions that fit your week, movements your joints tolerate, calorie and protein targets you can hold.

    3

    Progression

We track the work, review what the numbers say, and adjust. Over time you learn the why, so you can eventually run it yourself.

No. 06Outcomes

The next chapter, written on purpose

The physical result matters. The deeper result is confidence, structure and momentum.

BodyFat loss you can see, muscle you can feel, lifts that keep climbing.
EnergySleep, food and training pulling in the same direction for once.
DisciplineA week that holds together whether or not you feel motivated on Tuesday.
AutonomyYou understand what you are doing and why, so the result survives the program.

The three things men ask me first

CoachLucasFondevilaThe Prime at 40
No. 08About

I got into training through my own transformation.

I wanted to lose weight, get stronger, improve my health, and prove to myself that I could become more disciplined. As my body changed, my mindset changed too — and eventually I was no longer learning only for myself.

No. 09 · Get In Touch

Write the next chapter on purpose.

“I don’t believe in creating dependency.” The goal is for you to leave stronger, more knowledgeable and able to run this yourself.
