I would rather show you real ones.

The Prime at 40 is one year old and I am not going to decorate this page with stock photos or stories that did not happen. Here is exactly how progress is measured, and how you can be the first one documented.

Be My Next Success Story

The Prime at 40 is one year old and I am building the first roster on purpose, in small numbers, with people I can give real attention to. You would not be a test case. You would be an early one.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

No. 03Measurement

What gets tracked, and why

Progress is a comparison. A comparison needs numbers that are collected the same way every week.

01

Training log

Weights, repetitions and execution on every working set. This is the fastest honest signal that the program is working.

02

Body composition trend

Weekly weight averages and waist measurement, because a single morning reading is mostly noise.

03

Photographs

Same light, same time, same posture. Photos catch changes the scale hides during recomposition.

04

Adherence and recovery

Sessions completed, protein hit, sleep. When results stall, the answer is usually here.

No. 04Timeline

An honest month by month

This is what the process usually looks like when the work is done consistently. It is a description, not a guarantee.

  1. Month 1

Technique and consistency. Lifts climb quickly because you are learning the movements, and the week finally has a shape.

  2. Months 2–3

Body composition visibly moves if nutrition holds. Clothes change before the mirror agrees.

  3. Months 4–5

Progress stops being linear. This is where the log matters more than motivation, and where coaching earns its place.

  4. Beyond

You know why the program says what it says. The goal from here is autonomy, not dependency.
